Being a client of CT Training gives you the tools to succeed on your health and fitness journey no matter if you're new to the gym or have been training for years!

You will be coached to coach with sound and responsible advice to achieve your goals. Seeing coaching as a team effort, we work together with clients to create a healthy lifestyle that is realistic for clients to maintain, and help them implement the steps needed to succeed.

Every Client is unique.
When training clients there is no specific way of eating, exercising or living that works for everyone. This is why each program made is tailored to each clients goals and lifestyle. With this in mind, we take your specific health and fitness goals and work with the steps that best fit you and your body. We work together to keep you on track and encouraged to reach your goals.

Taking steps that are out of reach can become very unmotivating. We help you break down your goals into smaller ones, then into even smaller ones to ensure that you stay motivated and succeed. We work healthy habits into our clients lifestyle so healthy change becomes a natural part of who they are and their daily routine. We want you to feel your best and love yourself every step of the way!

Hi! My name is Chantal!

I started training clients because of my passion for helping others reach their health and fitness goals. T help my clients feel more confident, fit, energized and to help them reduce their health risk!

I coach my clients using a science based, evidence informed approach which helps them reach their health and fitness goals in a safe and sustainable way.

I graduated York University with a BFA Dance in the Performance/Choreography Stream and studied a couple years in Kinesiology during my time there as well. I began completing fitness certifications at the same time. I am currently a naturopathic medical student at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine in their Doctor of Naturopathy (ND) program.

My work in the fitness industry began 6 years ago and since then I have trained clients in and outside my business. Prior to beginning CT Training, I worked in one of Canada's largest fitness facilities as a Personal Trainer, Team Trainer and Zumba® teacher.  

I am dedicated to helping my clients reach their goals through constantly learning and improving my education through a variety of continuing education courses and keeping up to date with new research.
